Day 1-2
Complete Assess & Value Proposition. Write your one-liner and test it with two people before moving on.
Day 3
Use the Prioritization Guide to score your feature ideas. Aim for 8-12 ideas total - enough to see patterns, not so many you can't think straight.
Day 4-5
Pick your top 2 features and create Feature Cards. Then recruit 3-5 people using the Feedback Playbook.
Day 6-7
Synthesize what you learned and update your Decision Log. Plan next week's experiment.
